I was very surprised the first time i put the Approach Pack on Pluto. She took to it like a duck to water. Like most dogs we've encountered she enjoys the importance of doing a job.

IN-BETWEEN SIZES: Choose the smaller pack for a lighter load and less bulk. Please do not use saddlebag capacity as your only sizing consideration; use the girth fit for best results.
IMPORTANT: The pack’s harness should have an all-around snug fit for a stable load and to prevent movement or shifting of the saddlebags. Be sure that each saddlebag has an equal and balanced load.

Absolutely Brilliant, fantastic adjustments for that perfect fit too. My dog took straight to it. He gets a great work out and has a job to do. The pack itself has stitching and material much similar to what you may see on a belay harness (minus the pouches of course). The pouches them selves are connected to the straps in three places, twice on the front strap that goes around the rib cage and once for the rear strap, stopping any bouncing of gear and making it pretty quite too.

Chilli looks so cool in her backpack! we have done many walks with it already, andi must say it works great one of the best things I have purchased for her, and for me as well, we can both now go for longer walks. So many people have commented what a great idea it is.
