The Ruff Wear Hoopie is a no-nonsense everyday wear flat nylon webbing collar. The name derives from a term used by outdoor enthusiasts for strong, flat nylon tubular webbing or "hoopie".
The collar's clean, classic styling takes the standard a notch further with an anodized aluminium leash attachment and tubular webbing which is extremely durable, yet soft and comfy on your dog's neck.
ID tags attach separately from all other hardware, reducing annoying tag rattle and a silicone tag silencer minimises noise.
The Hoopie Collar comes in 4 great solid colours, and 4 funky patterns. For a complete set up, pair with a Ruffwear Flat Out leash.
