Built for use in rugged bush conditions on multi-day backpacking trips when extra carrying capacity is needed.
Integrated water bladders keep your dog hydrated in dry conditions. Each bladder (2 total) holds 1 liter of water.

IN-BETWEEN SIZES: Choose the smaller pack for a lighter load and less bulk. Please do not use saddlebag capacity as your only sizing consideration; use the girth fit for best results.
IMPORTANT: The pack’s harness should have an all-around snug fit for a stable load and to prevent movement or shifting of the saddlebags. Be sure that each saddlebag has an equal and balanced load. When fitting the Palisades Pack, remove the saddlebags from the harness for easy fitting and adjustment. Then reattach the saddlebags when ready to go.

Absolutely amazing, versatile product, we use it regularly as a car harness and a backpack. It is extremely easy to use and fit; the belly strap has padding making it very comfy for longer car trips or walks. We have put water in the provided pouches to add weight. We honestly use it more for the car harness side of it than anything but is good to know that the backpack is there if you need it to carry things in or make the walk feel longer etc. The backpack is very easily attached and detached. Overall a fantastic product that I cannot recommend highly enough, Oscar has no problem wearing it and enjoys the ‘work’ of carrying something. So if you can afford it, you won’t regret it.

A great product and i would highly recommend spending the extra money to get this top of the range pack. Mafia is a 2 year old neo mastiff and never worried from the first day about the backpack being on. i would however warn using any weight bearing product on a giant breed until 18 months due to bones still developing but after that a great way to give your dog a job when walking.
