"Thank you so much for the prompt dispatch of our order for Ruffwear Bark n Boots Grip Trex Dog Boots. I wanted you to know that they fit perfectly and she loves them as she can run inside and out without slipping on our wooden floors and without getting cold feet on our often icy deck.
For the first day or so the back shoes twisted around constantly but now they stay put, she actually held out her hind leg this morning so that I could fit her shoe (she’s never done this with other shoes). Ella wears her new shoes all day and they must be very comfortable as she doesn’t lick or chew them. She seems to have much more confidence when wearing your shoes in fact she literally runs around the house.

Just a short email to say thanks for sending out our dog boots so promptly. We bought them because she had chronic dermatitis in her paws and we had been unable to stop her chewing her feet. The boots have been an enormous help, relieving the pain in her feet and also restricting her persistent chewing. We have since had her allergy tested only to find that she is allergic to insects. She will be wearing these boots for a long time to come. I have to say that on browsing the net there are no other boots that come close to the quality and durability of these. She also finds them really comfy and adjusted to wearing them well. Even though they are more expensive, the quality surpasses any other boots we've seen.
Everywhere we go she is the centre of attention in her red boots. People have photographed her persistently wherever we go. Anyway, thanks for your help and prompt service.

| "I bought a Walk-e-Woo Tug for my dog Stormy. She isn't interested in rope tugs but loves fluffy tugs - but the ones that I have bought before haven't lasted very long before starting to fall apart... she's a pretty rough and tough player! I figured I had nothing to lose in buying the Walk-e-Wee (I liked the look of it anyway!), but I have been very pleasantly surprised. We've been playing with it for about two weeks now, and apart from losing a teeny bit of loose fluff (barely noticeable and probably if I had of washed it first it would have come out) there is almost no sign of wear! I loooove the webbing handles at each end - they are long enough for me to be able to find quickly and get a good grip and she loves the fluffy bit in the middle. I think it is the only tug so far that she has gripped where she is meant to and not tried to get my "handles" instead. This tug is sooo cool!."

We thought her days of swimming, which is her favourite activity, had come to an end but thanks to the K9 Float Coat she can still swim with confidence. The single large opening for the front legs is perfect as it doesn't rub on her scar and it also accommodates her remaining front leg which has moved to a more central position. I would recommend it to any owners of amputee dogs. "
