“I cannot believe the difference the Swamp Cooler has made to Mysti.† Usually during the summer heat she can only walk a couple of hours if we start early in the morning, any walking through extreem heat and she pants like a freight train and refuses to walk until she gets her breath back.† Being a little black dog she seems to heat up faster than her lighter coloured companions.† We have just come home from Hunter Valley where the temperature has ranged between 34 -39C.† I put on the Swamp Cooler and kept it topped up with water (put an extra 1.5ltrs in the backback) - we hiked for 4 to 6 hours per day with Mysti hardly raising a pant.† There were times when Mysti was running around like a crazy dog (as you will see in the photos I posted to you).† I am still shaking my head in wonder at this simple solution to a very stressful problem.† Thank you for finding all this great gear!”

“Just a short email to say thanks for sending out our dog boots so promptly. We bought them because she had chronic dermatitis in her paws and we had been unable to stop her chewing her feet. The boots have been an enormous help, relieving the pain in her feet and also restricting her persistent chewing. We have since had her allergy tested only to find that she is allergic to insects. She will be wearing these boots for a long time to come. I have to say that on browsing the net there are no other boots that come close to the quality and durability of these. She also finds them really comfy and adjusted to wearing them well. Even though they are more expensive, the quality surpasses any other boots we've seen. Everywhere we go she is the centre of attention in her red boots. People have photographed her persistently wherever we go. Anyway, thanks for your help and prompt service.”

“Hi there. I just wanted to let you know how much my dog loves her K9 Float Coat! She had one of her front legs amputated 3 weeks ago due to bone cancer. We thought her days of swimming, which is her favourite activity, had come to an end but thanks to the K9 Float Coat she can still swim with confidence. The single large opening for the front legs is perfect as it doesn't rub on her scar and it also accommodates her remaining front leg which has moved to a more central position. I would recommend it to any owners of amputee dogs. ”
